What can I use Order Arena for?

Order Arena is an all-in-one platform designed to manage every stage of your catering operations. You can use it to gather orders directly from clients, manage food production and prep lists, track deliveries, and handle equipment lending. The system handles everything up until the final financial step, where you will use your integrated accounting system for issuing invoices.

How much does it cost?

We offer a transparent "pay-per-success" model. There is a base flat rate of 2,000 NOK per month to keep your system running with unlimited support. Additionally, we charge a 1% fee of the order value, which is capped at a maximum of 50 NOK per order to ensure your costs remain predictable as you grow.

How many employees can use it?

There are no limits. We believe your entire team should stay in sync, so Order Arena allows for unlimited employee and client accounts. Everyone from your kitchen staff and managers to your delivery drivers can access the platform simultaneously.

Can I connect Order Arena to any accounting software?

Yes. Order Arena features built-in integrations with leading accounting platforms, specifically Power Office GO and Tripletex. This allows you to sync delivered orders and track payment statuses with just one click.
